Your biology changes.
Your supplements should too.

Build a personalized formula in minutes from how you train, work and sleep. Add a blood or urine test at any time, and the formula is rebuilt around your latest biomarkers.

We help you move

Built by load, not by label

Every profile starts from what your week actually does to your body — sweat loss, iron turnover, altitude, sleep debt — not from the name on the door. The sport is just the fastest way to find yours.

How it works

Four steps, and only one of them is on you

You tell us how you live. The model does the reasoning. And the moment you learn something new about your body, the formula is rebuilt around it.

Step 01

Tell us how you live

Six questions on training load, sleep, sun exposure and what you're optimizing for. Two minutes, no blood test, no account.

Step 02

The model writes your dose

It reasons from the physiological load your week actually creates — not your job title — and returns a formula with stated dosages and a reason for each one.

Step 03

Add a blood test, anytime

Upload a recent panel in any common format. Measured values replace the model's assumptions, marker by marker — the precision path, open to everyone.

Step 04

The formula is rebuilt

Around your latest biomarkers, around what's genuinely out of range for you. Your biology changes; your formula is rebuilt to keep up. That's the whole idea.

What you get

A formula, made to your numbers

Not a bottle picked off a shelf of pre-built stacks. A dosage, generated milligram by milligram from what your body is actually short of — with the reasoning attached, so nothing on the label is there without a reason.

Stated dosages, not "proprietary blends" A reason on every ingredient Rebuilt whenever your numbers change
Your formula — draft from 2 flagged markers
Vitamin D3 4000 IU 25-OH measured at 18 ng/mL, below the 30–80 reference band. Dose set to move it into range over ~8 weeks.
Magnesium glycinate 400 mg Serum magnesium 1.6 mg/dL, just under reference. Glycinate form chosen for absorption and evening tolerance.
Vitamin B12 500 µg 310 pg/mL — in range but low-normal, and worth holding given training load.

What's actually different

A model that reasons, not a lookup table

The typical personalized-vitamin brand works the same way underneath: a quiz routes you into one of a fixed set of pre-built formulas. The personalization is in the routing, not the formula.

The typical personalized-vitamin brand
01A quiz is the only real input. Blood tests, where offered at all, are a paid add-on or a higher tier.
02Answers map to one of a fixed number of pre-built formulas — a matrix of a few dozen combinations built from a set ingredient list.
03The matrix is static. It doesn't change because you took the product, and it doesn't learn from anyone who took it before you.
04"AI-driven" often describes the routing logic, not a model trained on anyone's physiology.
Body+
01The quiz is the low-friction entry. A real biomarker panel is the precision path — offered to everyone, not gated behind a tier.
02The model reasons over whatever input it's given and generates dosages, rather than selecting a pre-built product from a matrix.
03Re-upload a panel and the formula is rebuilt against the new values — the product is a loop, not a one-time purchase.
04The mechanism was built and tested in published research before it was marketing copy. See the science.
We help you think

Your brain is the organ under load

Demanding work has a physiology: sustained concentration, decision fatigue, disrupted sleep, low daylight. The formula starts from that load — the desk, the shift, the cockpit — not from the title on the door.

The backbone model

Everyone else sells you a bottle. We're building something that keeps thinking about you.

A quiz-matched formula is a snapshot of a stranger you were on the day you filled in the quiz. It never updates. Body+ is built the opposite way: as a loop that closes. Your markers write your formula. Your next panel tells us whether we got it right. And what we learn doesn't just fix your formula — it sharpens the model that writes everyone's.

  1. 01

You are measured, not guessed at

A real panel, or the physiological load your week actually creates. Not a personality quiz with a supplement attached.

  2. 02

    The model writes your dose

Milligram by milligram, with a reason attached to every one. Nothing is chosen from a catalog, because there is no catalog.

  3. 03

You re-test, and we find out

Your next panel is the honest verdict on the last formula. What moved, what didn't, what we misjudged. Most brands never ask. It's the only question that matters.

  4. 04

The model gets better at you

Your formula is rebuilt around the new numbers — and the pattern feeds the backbone. A fixed matrix is worth the same on day one and day one thousand. This compounds.

We'd rather show you the plan than sell you a number

Steps 1 and 2 are real and were validated at the University of Zurich — the research is below, metrics and all. Steps 3 and 4 begin the day we launch, in August 2026, because a learning loop needs people in it and we don't have customers yet. Every competitor we checked could claim a bigger dataset than us today. Not one of them is building something that will still be improving in five years. We'd rather be early on the right architecture than late on a lookup table.

Science

The mechanism was validated before it was marketed

Body+'s engine was built and evaluated as academic research at the University of Zurich: a transformer model trained on structured blood-panel-to-dosage pairs, benchmarked against a generative reasoning agent on real clinical profiles. The numbers below are from that thesis.

We help you live

Every life carries a different load

New parents, exam season, caring for someone else, a life lived across time zones — each puts a different load on the body: broken sleep, irregular meals, low daylight, little recovery. The formula starts from that load, not from a box you tick.

Browse by need

Start from what your week actually does to you

Each profile is built from physiological load — training volume, sun exposure, sleep pattern, sweat loss — not from the job title. The title is just the fastest way to find yourself.

FeMgNa⁺ See the load profile CrossFit Mixed-modal load, short recovery windows, high glycolytic stress across the week. MgVit DCreatine See the load profile MMA & combat sports Weight cuts, repeated dehydration cycles, heavy sweat electrolyte loss. Vitamin C contributes to normal collagen formation for the normal function of skin. Zinc contributes to the maintenance of normal skin, hair and nails, and to the maintenance of normal testosterone levels in the blood. Biotin contributes to the maintenance of normal skin and hair. Selenium and vitamin E contribute to the protection of cells from oxidative stress. Selenium contributes to normal spermatogenesis. Magnesium and vitamins B6 and B12 contribute to normal psychological function, and to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue. Vitamin C, vitamin D and zinc contribute to the normal function of the immune system.

Every claim above is authorised under the EU Health Claims Register (Reg. 1924/2006) and the Swiss FSVO list. Here is what we will not say, and why:

We do not claim to slow, prevent or reverse ageing, or to enhance libido or sexual performance. No such claim is authorised anywhere in the EU or Switzerland. Anyone making one is either not selling in this market, or not telling you the truth.

We do not sell a "detox". There is no authorised detox claim, because detoxification is what your liver and kidneys already do. We are not going to charge you for it.

Nothing here treats a mental-health condition. Supporting normal psychological function is not treatment for depression or anxiety, and no supplement is a substitute for clinical care. If you are struggling, please talk to a doctor rather than to a vitamin company.

If you are recovering from surgery, taking anticoagulants, pregnant, or on any prescribed medication, talk to your doctor before starting anything. Supplements interact with medicines — vitamin E and omega-3 affect bleeding, among others. We would rather lose the sale than be the reason someone got hurt.
